Sunday Small Groups

Studying God's Word Together

Here you will discover a warm group of real people dedicated to following our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We have different backgrounds and experiences, but most of all we are family.

Adult classes

Being a follower of Jesus does not mean staying away from evil. It means confronting it – just like Jesus did every single day and through his resurrection. In this fourth volume of That the World May Know, learn how confronting evil can be loudly proclaiming the name of Jesus or quietly caring for someone in need.

Jan Schreck is leading this class in room A5.

In this study based on the book Be Still: a Simple Guide to Quiet Times by Brian Heasley, we’ll “explore some of the creative ways we can connect with God each day, unpacking how to practically develop and grow habits that can cultivate daily stillness in the midst of a busy and fast-paced world.”

Mary Reich is leading this class in room A1.

The Philathea class is studying a series titled “Life-Changing Prayer: Approaching the Throne of Grace” by Jim Cymbala. This class will examine how prayer can completely transform your life and put you in the presence of God’s throne of grace.

Pam Finck leads this class in room A3.

Children's Ministry

Kids will learn they can choose to do what is right and that Jesus is God’s Son, the Messiah and Savior. Kids will learn that God sent a Helper, and that people can tell others about Jesus. As kids grow in God’s Word, they will address these concept areas from the levels of Biblical learning: People, Jesus, Holy Spirit, and Community/World.

Nursery is provided for kids ages 0 – 2 years old in room A2.  Although there is no curriculum for this age range, there are plenty of toys and activities available for all stages of development.

Children who are ages 2 – 4 meet in room C4.

Children who are 5 years old – 1st Grade meet in room C1.

Children in 2nd Grade – 5th Grade meet in room C2.

Student Ministry

This spring, in Living Life Connected to Christ, we will look at some of the teachings of Jesus and discover the wonderful truths in John 13-16. Then, we will study Jesus’ teachings about His second coming in Christ’s Return.

Children in 6th Grade – 12th Grade meet in room C5 (Youth Lounge).
